Duties & Taxes:
All duties, customs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Studio Evo is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.

Order Tracking:
All orders include full tracking information, sent via email at the time of dispatch through Australia Post.


Returns and Exchanges


We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within 30 days of receipt. Items must be safely repackaged and returned unused, in their original condition. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not received by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; unfortunately, we do not provide free returns at this time.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on custom jewelry, engraved items, sale products, or pierced earring styles due to hygiene reasons. Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 10-14 working days.

Faulty Items


If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@studioevo.com.au to arrange a return. We will repair, replace, or refund the item if it has a manufacturing fault. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Studio Evo.


Warranty & Repairs

At Studio Evo, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We offer free repair services for 12 months from the date of purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Details:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. We also offer a free polishing service to keep your jewelry looking its best.

How to Initiate a Repair:
Contact us at hello@studioevo.com.au to discuss the issue and initiate a repair. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.

Important Notes:
Shipping costs for sending the item to us are the responsibility of the buyer. Additional fees may apply for replacing gemstones and pearls, depending on the extent of the damage and materials involved.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, follow these simple care tips:

* Sterling Silver: Keep your sterling silver jewelry dry and avoid exposure to chemicals such as perfumes and lotions. Store in the plastic bag or pouch provided at purchase to prevent tarnishing.

* Gold-Plated Silver: Gently clean with a soft cloth. Avoid using silver cleaner cloths as they may remove the gold plating. Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes and lotions to maintain the gold plating. Store in the plastic bag or pouch provided at purchase.

* Pearl: Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils and dirt. Store pearls separately to avoid scratching.
