Returns and Exchanges:
- Accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- No returns on custom, engraved, sale items, or pierced earrings.

- All sale items are final sale. Refunds are not available except in cases of confirmed faulty items. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- Sale items are excluded from lifetime warranty coverage. Paid repairs are available if required.
- Studio Seconds pieces may include minor imperfections such as small defects, tarnish, or partial discolouration. These are considered part of the nature of seconds items and are reflected in the price. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
